What Services Does Your Service Department Cover?

Our service department can work on recalls, wheel alignment, perform visual inspections, top off fluids, tire rotation, brake repair, oil changes, and replace batteries. You can bring your vehicle in for a variety of services to improve its operation and extend its lifespan.

How Often Does Lincoln Recommend an Oil Change?

Lincoln recommends that you get an oil change every 3,000 to 5,000 miles or every three months. If your car uses synthetic oil, then it only needs to be replaced every 7,500 to 10,000 miles. Check your owner’s manual for more information.

Do You Have Loaner Vehicles or a Shuttle?

Camelback Lincoln offers a complimentary shuttle service to our customers. We can drop you off at your home, office, or business district. Rental vehicles are also available for added convenience. If you prefer to stay at the dealership until your car is ready, you are welcome to utilize our waiting rooms, which features HDTVs, wi-fi, and a children's play area.

Do I Have to Pay For a Recall?

Our customers do not have to pay for a recall when they're notified of repairs that are needed on their vehicles. The manufacturer is responsible for covering the costs to ensure the car is fully restored. Customers are required to bring the car in between a specific timeframe, or the costs are no longer covered. We encourage our customers to bring in their recall letter or email to the appointment.

When Should I Replace My Tires?

We suggest checking the tread on your tires every few months and replacing it once it gets down to 4/32" of tread depth. Tires can also be replaced every three to four years, depending on your driving frequency, and environment.

Can I Service a Vehicle With Camelback Lincoln Even if I Didn't Buy Here?

We welcome our customers to bring in their vehicles to get serviced or repaired even if you didn't purchase it at our dealership. We work on all makes and models of cars.
