What's New for the 2026 Lincoln Aviator?

For the 2026 model year, Lincoln's hands-free BlueCruise 1.5 system has been updated with automatic lane-change functionality. Yet another change relates to the vehicle's automatic power liftgate, which now features open-on-approach technology. Lincoln also adds a four-year Wi-Fi subscription to the list of standard equipment.

What Are the 2026 Aviator Trims & Features?

Lincoln offers the new Aviator in three trim grades: Premiere, Reserve, and Black Label. The entry-level Premiere trim certainly offers a luxurious drive. Amenities, such as heated and ventilated front seats, enable you to experience hours of comfort. Lincoln also equips this trim with plenty of popular tech features, including a 13.2-inch infotainment touchscreen and a fully digital gauge cluster.

The Reserve trim comes equipped with some high-end upgrades. Highlights include an illuminated Lincoln Star in the grille, premium leather seating surfaces, a Panoramic Vista Roof, and a 14-speaker Revel premium sound system.

Atop the range sits the especially upscale Black Label trim. Luxuries, such as 30-way Perfect Position front seats with massage modes and an Air Glide Suspension, take comfort to the next stage. This top-of-the-line trim also gives you access to exclusive Black Label services, such as premium maintenance and complimentary car washes.

How Much Horsepower Does the 2026 Aviator Have?

Motivating the Aviator is a 3.0-liter, turbocharged V6 engine. It's rated to churn out a compelling 400 horsepower and 415 lb-ft of torque. Whether you're cruising along a back road or accelerating through traffic, you'll always have enough brawn under the hood. A precise-shifting, 10-speed automatic transmission smoothly feeds power to the wheels. When properly equipped, this SUV can confidently tow up to 6,700 pounds. While all-wheel drive is optional on the lower trim levels, it comes standard on the Black Label trim.

What Safety Features Does the 2026 Aviator Include?

Advanced driver-assist features come standard on the Aviator. While the SUV's Blind Spot Information System can sense traffic approaching in the next lane, a 360-degree camera system gives you a clear view of your surroundings when parking. Other standard safety features include Evasive Steering Assist, Auto High-Beam Headlamps, Lincoln BlueCruise, and Automatic Emergency Braking.
