The Forest Meditation theme was created in collaboration with the leading mental health and wellness company Calm and backed by an engineering study with Purdue University. It is a multisensory experience designed to simulate a natural forest setting, complete with calming visuals, immersive sound, and a subtle scent dubbed Mystic Forest. The theme also features a full-body scan meditation for five or 10-minute sessions.
Forest Meditation is the fourth theme to be made available through Lincoln Rejuvenate, the other three themes being Aurora Borealis, Elements, and Waterfall Meditation. The new theme is available with the latest Lincoln Navigator and Nautilus vehicles through an over-the-air update downloaded via the Google Play Store. Lincoln owners can also enjoy a one-year subscription to Calm, which includes daily meditations, music and soundscapes, mindfulness exercises, and much more.
