Receiving minor updates for the 2016 model year, the MKC now comes with a power liftgate on Select models and offers the all-new SYNC 3 infotainment system across all models. Designed with the user in mind, SYNC 3 is more responsive than the previous infotainment system and delivers greater performance, improving the driver experience. In addition to this option, owners of the 2016 Lincoln MKC in Phoenix can now outfit their Select model with a new Sands/Espresso interior combination or take advantage of the Climate Package, which comes with a windshield wiper de-icer. Several new exterior color options are also available across the lineup, including Luxe Metallic, Burgundy Velvet Metallic Tinted Clearcoat and Black Velvet.
Standard on the 2016 Lincoln MKC in Phoenix is a turbocharged 2.0L four-cylinder engine, delivering 240 horsepower and 270 lb.-ft. of torque. However, those with all-wheel-drive models can choose to equip their crossover with a turbocharged 2.3L four-cylinder engine, outputting 285 horsepower and 305 lb.-ft. of torque. MKC models with this setup can go from zero to 60 mph in 7.2 seconds, blazing past the competition.
