Specs at a Glance
If you're in the market for a new luxury SUV, direct your attention to Lincoln's latest lineup. Some drivers will be choosing between the 2025 Lincoln Aviator and the 2025 Lincoln Nautilus. While the three-row Aviator seats up to seven people, the two-row Nautilus can comfortably satisfy a family of five. Let's take a closer look at how these two models compare.
Performance
The 2025 Lincoln Aviator makes use of a twin-turbocharged V6 engine, which develops a stout 400 horsepower and 415 lb-ft of torque. While the Aviator comes standard with a rear-wheel-drive layout, it can be equipped with an available AWD system. A towing capacity of 5,000 pounds makes Aviator more than capable of pulling bass boats and travel trailers. A turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 250 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque comes standard on the Nautilus. However, Lincoln also offers a hybrid version of this engine. It develops a total of 310 horsepower while providing additional fuel savings. All-wheel drive is standard throughout the Nautilus lineup. Keep in mind that the Nautilus has a lower maximum towing capacity of 1,750 pounds.
Appearance
The Aviator returns for the 2025 model year with a styling refresh. Its updated grille and new headlamps make a strong statement. An available Jet Appearance Package gives the SUV an even more striking look. This package features blacked-out exterior elements and exclusive 22-inch wheels. A Special Edition Package with a black-painted roof is offered as well.
The smaller Nautilus has its own unique design details. Striking LED headlights and a bold grille help this SUV's front fascia to stand out. Like the Aviator, it gives you access to a beautiful Jet Appearance Package.
Features
Even the Aviator's entry-level trim provides a luxurious drive. Standard equipment includes a panoramic Vista Roof, a new 13.2-inch infotainment touchscreen, wireless charging, and heated/ventilated front seats. Upgrades, such as Perfect Position Seats with Active Motion Massage and a 28-speaker Revel Ultima 3D audio system, are available on the higher trim levels.
The Nautilus also provides a compelling list of standard features. Highlights consist of a new panoramic infotainment display with an 11.1-inch touchscreen, wireless charging, and a BlueCruise hands-free driving system. This vehicle also offers some high-end luxury features, including a Revel Ultima 3D sound system and a panoramic Vista Roof.
